Recovering from Maui fires financial devastation.

Roger and I are absolutely humbled by outpouring of support from friends, family and perfect strangers, all of the world.

While our lives will never be the same, so many of the people we love have lost much more than us.

We are hosting friends & coworkers that have lost EVERYTHING to the blaze. We are normally a 2 person household - we are now 5 person ohana and only 1, Emily didn’t lose their job in the fire.

Any further donations will allow us to pay our mortgage & utilities while housing people that lost EVERYTHING & cannot contribute to expenses until the FEMA money comes through.

All we can do now is keep the wolf from the door & try to heal with our newly expanded ohana.

My name is Emily & I am Rogers wife.

Roger is safe but the destruction of “Fleetwoods on Front Street” - where he shared his love of Hawaiian culture, history & its connection to the UK with guests from across the world is…soul crushing.

Roger is heartbroken and while he is not happy I am making one of these pages - the tips people gave his performances made a big difference in our wallet.

Along with the financial devastation of losing the larger income in our household - the blaze also claimed Rogers kilts & prized Roddy MacLellan bagpipes that he played at Fleetwoods for the last 11 years.

Roger has brought so much joy to so many people over the years & any generosity will help.

We are housing other Fleetwoods employees that have lost everything to the fire and any proceeds will help us all while we figure out where to go from here.
