HELP REPAIR MOTHER'S HOME DAMAGE FROM FLOODING

Hi everyone! My mother's house was recently flooded due to the hurricane. The water has reached above the electrical sockets and there was severe damage. Due to this, the buyers of the house have pulled out and now we are unable to sell the home. The money from the house was supposed to go towards my mother's assisted living home, but due to the flood, the buyers have pulled out and we have extra costs from the damage as well. We would appreciate any help possible so my mother can continue to stay at the assisted living home where she is at now.
