Help Repair Giovanni's Contrabass

While touring with a production of, 42nd street- I had a week of shows at The Fox Theater at Foxwoods Casino in CT. This venue does not lock the theater after shows, but I had a room there so, to keep my mind at ease- I brought the bass to my hotel room.
(it's a beautiful, smooth $25,000 Jakstadt, really my only possession, and I LOVE to play her)
The next morning, May 16th, the day before my birthday-
I awoke to the most terrible sound-
Housekeeping came into my room and knocked the bass, in its soft case, over and into a dresser. I heard the crash and snap and subsequently, my heart break.
The awesome folks over at:
David Gage String Repair in NYC-
are fantastic and loaned me a bass until they can get mine fixed.
It's going to cost $5000 to do a wood graft repair, and they need half of the money to start. It will take a little over a month from there.
The casino and hotel are putting this off, despite my daily calls. The company I was working for is looking into legal help. This happened on a reservation- where legal business is run differently, so- that too is proving difficult.
This is my passion. If you have ever heard me play- you know this.
I don't have any money saved and I have some very special auditions and shows coming up..
If you can, please-
help me repair her.
