Help Renew Salem's Lease

My name is Salem, I'm a disabled trans person, and I need two months worth of rent by the end of December 2020 to renew my lease. If I don't renew my lease, I will be forced to stop living independently.
My monthly rent is $925. I am late on December's rent as my last employment ended mid November and job hunting has turned up absolutely nothing. I need January's rent to guarantee my renewal goes through.
I've been successfully living independently (barring pandemic) for a year, and it has greatly improved my mental and physical health. If I am forced to stop that, I will most definitely struggle to get back on my feet and probably slip into a depressive relapse.
Keeping my apartment would mean I have the stability to continue to search for work in the city I live in, meaning I can get back on my feet. Moving would mean I have no access to public transit that allows me to get to work. This apartment marks a really big step for me in my recovery, and I would hate to move so far back.
