World-renowned vocal coach Renee Grant-Williams has been battling Parkinson's Disease for more than 26 years. You may not be familiar with her name, but Renee’s unique approach to voice training has influenced many of your favorite singers and your most beloved songs. Her clients have included: MILEY CYRUS, TIM McGRAW, FAITH HILL, CHRISTINA AGUILERA, GARTH BROOKS, LINDA RONSTADT, KEITH URBAN, CARRIE UNDERWOOD, JASON ALDEAN, DIXIE CHICKS and many more.
Renee has been supported by me, Steve Goldinger, her long-time care giver, and a handful of students and friends. Now she needs your support to bring her legacy and passion for teaching to the next generation of singers. Despite the constraints of her illness, Renee continues to put all her expertise, energy and heart into everything she does.
With a busy schedule and steady clientele, she always thought her work would secure her a comfortable financial future, but with the onset of Parkinson’s, everything changed. The debilitating limitations Parkinson’s has put on her means she must limit the hours that can teach. With medical bills piling up, 24/7 care a necessity, and the mountain of other financial obligations escalating, Renee is sinking deeper and deeper into debt. Just when she needed help most, Renee was forced to let go of her only remaining employee and assistant of 22 years because of the financial strain caused by Parkinson's.
