RedShift needs help through tough times!

RedShift is a suspension retailer and manufacturer, and we have been working incredibly hard to develop our new coilover brand called STANDARD Racing. We sell other products (like BC Racing and MCS to name a couple), but the STANDARD brand has been our focus for the past 16 months. We have made great efforts to keep our pricing down even though our volumes are low and our product are very specialized (we build all shocks and coilovers here in Pennsylvania, USA).

The STANDARD products have required more development than we expected, and it has slowed our growth and sales, while our costs to develop and run this business have remained high.... we have lost $44,000 total since January 2022. Our cash level is becoming quite low!

We are not just another rebranded coilovers... we make great efforts to be THE BEST race and street performance full coilover (meaning ready to install with mounts and springs) in the world... but we do it with VALUE in mind. While other coilover companies are selling at much higher prices than we are, we have continued to keep our pricing low.... first with the RedShift BC coilovers (a revalved BC Racing coilover) and now the RedShift STANDARD coilovers (where we have full control of the coilover specification). The STANDARD coilovers are excellent overall, but we have had to make quite a few changes to make them as good as we expect them to be.

Could we have just sold them exactly as we received them? Sure... but then we would not be shipping the quality coilover kit we know is possible, and that is just not something we are willing to do. We really need some help to move forward with our great products and get kits shipped! And while we know we can move forward without this help, doing that would cause us and our customers additional hardship. Please help us get back to shipping in a timely manner!

Why donate money to us?

1) It will help us serve the performance suspension market better, faster. Our customers are having to wait far longer than they should right now.

2) You will forever be a big reason why we were able to grow this business and serve our customers with the best product on the market.

3) Any donation given to us can be returned to you after December 2024. This is totally at your option. Since we are a for-profit business, it doesn't feel right to take money without the option to return the donation when we are able.

4) We have reduced our expenses to the absolute minimum required to move forward. Only 1 of the 4 people working here is paid, and that person has had his hours reduced to reduce costs as much as possible. The other 3 people involved in this business are unpaid and simply trying to get this company off the ground. We are taking our road to success extremely seriously; so you know your donation is going to be put to good use.

And now for the final bit of important information.... one thing we have heard lately is that we are not being transparent enough with what is going on here.
