Help Rebuild our Food Truck

A Taste of the Midwest is a family owned mobile food truck that just launched in January 2021. We were so excited to embark on this new journey and start growing our business. Over the last few months we have traveled all over Houston serving our delicious Chicago style food, while meeting amazing people in the process! We had just worked our first weekend at The Houston Grub Park which was an incredible opportunity!

All that changed when a drunk driver ran a red light and crashed into our food truck. The impact caused extensive damage to the front of the truck, and destroying the equipment inside. We have yet to learn if the driver was even insured. Everyday is a loss of revenue, and our livelihood. We are still in debt from our initial investments, so as we try to rebuild, we are just seeking some help from our community. All we want to do is get back to work! Help us bring A Taste of the Midwest back to Houston!
