Help rebuild my families village

As you may have seen in the news, the Philippines was hit by typhoon Odette last week. The devastation is immense; 375 deaths, homes destroyed and access to food and drinking water obliterated.

My Mamas home village where she was raised called Basak Ubos Puso BUP in Cebu was massively affected. A lot of my childhood was spent in the small village too and I have many happy memories of growing up there, and of the wonderful community who helped to raise me. Seeing and hearing my community struggling to survive without water, food and electricity is something I cannot sit back and watch happen. Much like the rest of the country, my family are suffering and I want to spread the word and get as many donations as possible to help.

In order to help these people, they need:

- a generator

- a water pump

- materials to rebuild their homes

Any donations you can spare, large or small, would mean so much to me, my mother and our community in need. With your help, we can help them to rebuild the village that we call home.
