Help Raygun get back on the road

Hi this is Jon from the Raygun Cowboys here, and the last thing I want to be doing right now is writing these words. As some of you might know we had a pretty serious breakdown on our last tour, and our touring van is stuck in Charlottetown Prince Edward Island. What happened was the motor blew on our way from Moncton to Charlottetown. We ended up having to cancel 3 shows and spend thousands of dollars to get ourselves home. The Van can be fixed and I have found a way of getting it done but the cost is just more then we can afford at the moment. This situation is putting all our plans for the next few months in jeopardy, we've had to cancel shows this summer because we cannot tour right now and we don't want to cancel anymore. We have a European tour booked in September and another cross Canada tour booked in october that we want to make happen. Right now fixing the van and buying plane tickets to Europe is just too much expense all at once. What we are hoping is our Fans and friend can help us out with donations to help us get back on the road and rolling again. The way we want to do this is as kind of a merchandise sale, we don't want something for nothing. So, what we propose is that if people pledge 20 dollars they receive a CD copy of our new Album signed by the band. If people pledge 40 Dollars they receive a vinyl Copy, and if people pledge 100 or more they receive a vinyl, T-shirt, and guest list spot next time we come to your town. All the funds from this will be going to a new engine for our van and the expense of getting it back home which is 4000 km from where it is now. Myself and the band will be truly grateful for any support you can afford, it will mean us being able to continue with our plans and keep us touring.
