Help Ray With Car Accident Costs

So just found out that because the driver that caused the accident decided to flee the scene they are not able to track him down I cannot use his insurance to pay for my car and my insurance is not going to cover my car so it's a total loss

On top of barely being able to walk can't take off of work or even get to the because I'm the only person here.
I need to go to the doctor but it's a burden on everyone to even try to get there right now.

I Need a vehicle if you know anyone willing to work with me through the holidays I'll try to pay it off as fast as possible..

I literally just paid cash for this vehicle to be able to get around and get the kids to and from school that was it
