Help Indian mother for Brain Surgery!!

Hello Everyone,
My beloved mom, Ramadevi Orugonda is an eternally and energetic person. She is only 45 years old and at a very young age got multiple brain strokes during her visit to USA. She diagnosed with brain strokes on Monday, July 29, 2019, and hospitalized (Advent Health Hospital Tampa FL location) on July 30, 2019. Doctors performed surgery on Aug 1, 2019, and removed the Cerebellum (Part of the Brain, also called small brain) as it affected and causing major issues to her health.
Still, she is in ICU to recover and as of now, there is no estimation to move out of it. As part of her recovery, she needs to go to rehabilitation for her Physical, Speech and Mental therapies, etc. The medical bill for her surgery is estimated to be over $500k, and Ramadevi has medical insurance to cover some portion of the cost.
