Help raise funds for medical expenses and travel

Hi, my name is Dana Crutchfield, the little brother of Darren Crutchfield.

Darren suffered a massive heart attack early Tuesday morning 8/25/2021. By the grace of God the wonderful paramedics and firefighters and some fellow troopers were there with him at the time he actually went into cardiac arrest and were able to resuscitate him and get a pulse back. Darren went into cardiac arrest 2 more times after that before the doctors were able to finally stabilize him enough and get him up to surgery where they performed a procedure to open up an artery that was fully blocked in his heart.

Darren was at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee, WA since 8/25/2021-8/26/2021. They were going to do a procedure to put in a pump to pump his blood, thereby allowing his heart to not work as hard and allow the heart to heal and recover. The problem is that the procedure only works for the left ventricle of the heart. His biggest issue is with the right ventricle of the heart.

Remember when I talked about the grace of God. Well, you guessed it, by none other than God's grace AGAIN, Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane, WA said they could help Darren. PRAISE GOD!!!!! He was flown there late on 8/26/2021 to have more surgeries and only time will tell how things will go, but we are currently resting in the hope that the God of the Universe will continue to watch over Darren and the surgeons during this time of our uncertainty. Even though God knows the outcome, we don't. That is where our faith kicks in.

We don't know what kind of expenses that Aurora, his wife, will incur during this time due to medical bills, food, hotels, flights, or gas to drive, etc., but I would like to try and help her out by starting this GoFundMe. She will need to be in Spokane for at least two weeks.
