Help Rachel Battle Stage 2 Melanoma Cancer

Hi everyone,  I am setting up this fundraiser to help out my best friend of 20 years, Rachel Wulc, as she has been diagnosed with Stage 2  Melanoma Cancer.  She needs surgery ASAP to remove the nodular melanoma on her neck (near her lymph nodes) to help fight this battle. Her appointment is scheduled for July 29th and her insurance through Oregon Care does not cover the full cost of the surgery and will have to pay $7,800 out of pocket. She was laid off from her job last year and has not been working since and has been extremely stressed....emotionally and financially.
