Help Pua have better quality of life

Raising money for our fur baby’s tail surgery.  Pua is 3 years old, and unbeknownst to us was born with a corkscrew tail.  For the last three years we have been cleaning her tail pocket on a daily basis, special prescription shampoo, treatments, antibiotics.  It is truly a labor of love.  We love and trust our vet and he has been excellent. Unfortunately we have reached a point where there is nothing else we can do except tail surgery.  Our pup is in pain and a tail surgery while scary will give her a better quality of life. She is the most amazing girl and perfect in every way. 100% healthy other than the tail. We want her to have the life she deserves, not a life of recurrent infection, pain and pills.  The surgery is very expensive and considered elective for insurance companies. I can’t imagine how, it’s not cosmetic. Not one to ask for help but in this case the time it will  take to save the rest of the money for surgery is more time she will be in pain.  Thanks to anyone who is so kind and caring to help out.
