Help Pria Get Immune Therapy

For the last 13 years I have been dealing with Recurrent Respiratory Papillomatosis.  A condition that causes benign papillomata to grow on my larynx.  I have had around 90 surgeries, and a dozen scopes.  All these surgeries have caused so much scare tissue, and destroyed my larynx, leaving me with very little voice.  If I do not have the growths surgical removed, they will obstruct my airway, and well, we all know what that can lead too.   

I was recently given a once in a life time opportunity to undergo a state-of-the-art immune therapy at the National Institute of Health (NIH) in Washington DC.  This could be life changing for me.  No more surgeries and on-going damage to my voice box, not to mention how this would eliminate the financial burden all these surgeries have caused and will continue to cause for my family.  I have watched my mom cry trying to figure out how to financial keep up with all the medical debt our family has. 

That is why I am starting this GoFundMe.  The NIH will cover my flights but not my moms, and it is a 12 treatment plan every other week if all goes well.  I need my mom by my side, I cannot do this alone.  Unfortunately, not only is there the cost of the airfare, but all the time she will miss from work.  I figure, if we can purchase tickets early, the average cost will be roughly $500 round trip, plus the time away from work.  Making each trip cost an average $1,000.  So, I am trying to raise $12,000 to cover my mom’s expense so she can be by myside.  I can not do this alone and I need my mom with me.  The idea of going through this without her is just too much for me to handle.  Any amount will help.
