Help Preserve this Mansion

Hello everyone! Thank you in advance for stopping by and looking. I’m trying to raise money to save this very old mansion, located in New Castle Pa, has extensive water damage inside and out, work needed to bring back to splendor would include: rip to bare studs inside,  save the original woodwork, re-wiring, re-plumbing, insulation outside walls, re-sheet rock walls, sand n stain floors. Outside would need new roof on very top of house, wood gutters need replaced and rotted wood on porches needs replaced. Of course all of this takes money to do, so I’m asking anyone who loves history, old houses and preservation to step out and help in this cause. $100,000 would do a small dent to the preservation of this old mansion. I fear if this home sits much longer empty and rotting away, it’s going to be wrecking ball time. Please help. I have other photos of this mansion of inside to share.
