Help Preserve AAPI's COVID Stories

Donation protected
The AAPI Community COVID Archival Project was started in March 2021 with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic by a group of volunteers. The volunteers realized that there were no coverage of the struggles that Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders faced during the COVID-19 pandemic and sought to create an archive to capture their stories that would otherwise be left untold. As of 2024 there has been over 120 submissions to the archive in various medias such as comics, podcasts, poetries, images, and more. Our collection is archived with the UC Berkeley Ethnic Studies Library and is also available on our website (aapicovidarchive.org).

We would greatly appreciate your donation to maintain our website to display the submissions publicly. Our goal is to have enough funds to maintain the website for at least the next 10 years. Many years from now, the COVID-19 pandemic will be studied and scholars will wonder about the experience of the AAPI community during this era.
