Hope for Henrie's sister
Donation protected
If you’ve ever met Henrietta White-Holder, even for a few moments, you know that she is one of the most kind, caring, generous people you could ever encounter. She has helped make so many lives better. Now, she needs our help. Henrie’s younger sister, Precious
, who lives in Liberia, has just been diagnosed with breast cancer. It has metastasized into her back, crushing one of her vertebrae. She cannot walk and cannot be helped in her home country. She needs to leave Liberia for emergency medical care – first chemotherapy and radiation and then surgery. Henrie has reached out to her network, and there are folks working to find a doctor in the United States that will treat Precious on a humanitarian basis. An emergency medical visa for Precious is also in the works. The goal is to bring not only Precious but also her 8-year-old son Buddy (pictured) to the United States, as staying with her son would certainly help with Precious’ emotional wellbeing. Funds are needed for travel and medical expenses. Anything you can give would be greatly appreciated!
