Help Philip Fix His PC!

Hi! For those who don't know me, I'm an independent author of science fiction & fantasy books and light novels. Today I'm seeking your help to help Philip, the artist who's been doing amazing work for my light novels and now my manga over the past couple of years.

He's an extremely hardworking and talented independant artist & animator, and having a functional pc is vital for him to not just continue working on my projects, but to make a living at all. Recently, his pc suffered enough damage that it's barely usable now. I'm running this on his behalf due to his location in the Philippines. All the funds raised from this campaign will go directly to him, and I will post proof of that when the time comes.

Below is a message about the situation, and what he needs, from Philip himself, as well as some examples of the amazing work he's done for me.

Hi, I'm Philip and I'm a freelance anime illustrator and animator. I'm seeking assistance in purchasing a replacement for my recently out-of-order computer.

WHAT HAPPENED

My computer accidentally got concrete dust in it after a recent AC unit installation in my house. The fans sucked in a fair amount of fine concrete dust and started spewing it back out when switched on. I had to wear a face mask every time I tried to work and I can only work for no longer than an hour because the fine dust can slip through the mask and I will start coughing. It became a health hazard. Despite cleaning the pc multiple times including the fans, the dust spewing still persists. Now the pc is out of order and would only boot from time to time.

HOW URGENT IS THIS?

I am currently working on a 5-chapter manga project for Yakov's Amaranth Angels manga and the production has been halted due to my pc situation. I still have two covers and an animation to finish. I was supposed to finish those by June 5th but because of this we're already delayed. This pc replacement isn't really in my budget since I just upgraded last 2021 so I wasn't really expecting any of the parts to malfunction this early so this was very unexpected and I have no extra budget for it (Not to mention the new parts are too expensive). With your help I can get back to work asap.

WHAT I NEED

I will be needing $1300 for an urgent pc replacement build. My old pc is an Intel Core i5-10400 (10th gen) and a GTX 1650-super 4gb graphics card.

I will be replacing it with an i5-13600kf (13th gen) and an RTX 3060 12gb graphics card. I just want a decent replacement pc that can get the job done in animation, video editing and 3D without making the build too expensive.
