Help Phil with Stroke Recovery
Donation protected
Hi everyone, you may or may not know that on 1/28 Phil Doucette suffered multiple strokes on the right side of his brain. Luckily, he was able to get prompt medical care and recently returned home from a stay at an acute care rehab center for stroke victims. He has made great progress but has a long road ahead.
After a two-week hospital/rehab stay, he is facing significant medical bills. Moving forward he will have to receive both outpatient and home therapies. There will also be indirect care costs, such as making his home safe and accessible. Lastly, as of now he is unable to return to work.
Anything you are able to contribute will be so helpful to Phil and family. We want him to make a speedy recovery and a smooth adjustment to his new life at home. Phil is in good spirits and he is still his regular, wise-cracking self. We’re so happy with the progress he has already made and are thinking positive for the future!
With love,
Patty, Emile, Marlon & Leon
