Help Phil with high medical costs

As most of you know what I'm going through but for those who don't. I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure back in June of this year. The prognosis wasn't good as I was told I'd have a year or less to live without a transplant. My heart is only functioning at 14%. I'm currently listed on the transplant list as 1A and will be calling FL hospital South my home for a good bit of time. I'm asking anyone who may want to help financially with any medical bill and living expenses as things are really tight and getting worse before it gets better in mid January when disability kicks in.
I never thought I'd be in this position in needing a heart transplant nor am I the  kind to ask for financial help but It would be greatly appreciated and would be forever grateful for any help do to the severity of my illness.
