Help Pepsi recover from the Lytton fires

Donation protected

Those working at OMC 1 during night shift would always be greeted with a warm smile from security guard Pepsi. Everyone who knows her can attest to her kindness, warmth and welcoming spirit.

Pepsi's family was tragically affected by last month's wildfires in Lytton, with over 75 family members currently scattered throughout, living in shelters. After losing 2 family cats in the tragedy, four younger brothers are actively trying to prevent the fire from spreading across the river to prevent further widespread losses. Unfortunately, Pepsi's family did not have house insurance, and daily living is difficult as there is no power or running water.

Several CUPE 7000 members reached out to the Union Executive to help spread the word of her situation, as a result, we've set up this GoFundMe campaign. If you would like to assist Pepsi and her family, please donate any amount you see fit and share the link through social media channels to widen its reach . All money raised will go directly to the family for them to use as they need. Thank you for taking the time to read this, we are hopeful that we can help Pepsi and her family during this difficult time.
