Help Pedro Cruces due to severe storm damage

Hello. My neighbor Pedro was at work yesterday evening when a horrible storm ripped through southern Stafford county. Some believe it was a tornado. Three trees fell on his house while family members and his beloved dogs were inside. Thankfully everyone is ok but the house, deck and yard sustained significant damage. While there is insurance it will not cover the immediate needs of this family. The Fire Marshall will not allow them to enter the home so they left with literally only the clothes on their backs. Pedro is a hard working guy who just bought this house, his first home, in April of this year. Any monies not used for his and his family's immediate needs will be donated to a local charity.
