help pay for my moving expenses

MY NAME IS JOHN SANER, I HAD A STROKE ALMOST 4 YEARS AGO. I AM PARALYZED ON THE RIGHT SIDE, I AM CONFINED TO A WHEELCHAIR. I NEED A WHeeLCHAIR Van to go the doctors office and physical therapy. Each round trip costs me $90.00 I go to physical therapy once a week only to save money and I see at least 2 Dr's a month. I live on Social Security disability and the van rides drain my income. I still have to pay my home bills and eat. I have to give up something every mounth.I should go yo PT 2 times a week but I can't afford it. I have lost over 50lbs. and getting weaker every mounth. I need help.
