Help pay for end of life

My brother is 53 years old and was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer last month. It is progressing fast and has left him suffering with great pain. He has gotten pain meds to help him be more comfortable but three days ago he was diagnosed with an arterial blood clot in the leg. They tried to fix this but sadly he is going to loose his leg over this. He has been on disability for the last 10 years due to a tractor accident that left his back in bad shape. Medicaid does not pay for home health care and his only family is me and two patents whom live on retired social security. We are looking to raise funds to help with his end of life. We don't feel like it will be long but we do not want him to be alone in his final days. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you personally know us, you know it is not like us to ask for help.
