Help Paula Recover from a Fallen Tragedy

My name is Paula Bonner, mother and wife living in Hampton, Ga. It seems throughout my adult life I have been a caretaker in some respect for others. Now that relationship is flipped and I need care and much TLC.  The evening of 2/27/21, I experienced a serious personal injury.  I fell from a flight of 11 steps in my home suffering severe back, spine and leg injuries. I was unable to move after the fall and was taken to an Atlanta trauma center via ambulance and admitted to ICU at Wellstar Atlanta Medical Center.  There I was with a Trauma team and told I suffered multiple fractures in my Thurasic spine T7 - T11, multiple fractures in my tibular and fibular bones in my knee, ankle fracture and damage to foot tissues. I received emergency fusion spine surgery with 4 incisions and a week later the knee surgery.  Both surgeries were successful and required Titanium plates and pins inserted in my back and leg. I was teased as the "Bionic Woman". I stayed in the hospital after surgery and discharged a month later, 3/25/21. I have loss wages while on disability and my medical bills exceed $300k. I am hopeful insurance will absorb a portion but there will be substantial expenses still due. I have been home from the hospital for a week doing physical and occupational therapy 3-4x weekly. It will take months for my healing and have never suffered trauma of this kind. I am currently unable to walk at present so many of the daily movements and tasks, I can no longer do.  It's been difficult adjusting, but I know my circumstances will improve.  This is my story and I am humble & grateful for any and all "gofundme" donations.  I am especially thankful for your prayers & generosity!
