Help Patrick move away from the negativity

Hi my name is Patrick and I have been attempting to become stable for a while but due to my current living situation and so much negativity in my area I keep going backwards in my stability due to lies and drama. I have a partner I love dearly and she has to drive 10 hours just to see me and she is my only sense of hope I have, I don't normally ask favors like this but I'm at my breaking point and staying where I'm at right now is absolutely not a good idea because I keep sinking. Any help is appreciated.
