Help Padum get heart treatment in Fiji

Hi there, well wishes,

My name is Annukar and I want to talk to you about my brother-in-law in Fiji. Padum is a gentle, loving, family man who has worked hard on the sugarcane fields to provide for his wife and children. With the uncertain nature of farming, he decided to become a night watchman, doing long, tiring night shifts in an effort to secure stable income, . 

Just before Christmas he was rushed to hospital with chest pains and suffered a major heart attack. He was advised by the cardio specialist that he requires 2 stents and a possibly 3rd too. He is only 56 years old. 

The total cost for all three would be nearly $22,000. His limited income only just covers supporting his family, and there is no way he can go ahead with the treatment without help. 

We're asking if you can spare anything to help us get Padum the treatment he needs. Any amount will be graciously received.
