Help Paciano with Medical Expenses & Lost wages

Many of us know Paciano and his family who have done yard work for our neighborhood and surrounding areas for many years. For those of you who do not know him, he is an older gentleman who is always incredibly kind, reliable and hard working. He is part of our neighborhood and knows many of us personally. Many times he is out doing the work by himself and other times he is with his nephews and other crew.

The other day, he was out doing a lawn on Lexington and was attacked by a hateful person who shouted angry, racist slurs at him and proceeded to violently assault him. Aside from taking some of his belongings, he left Paciano with several serious injuries to the head and neck which landed him in the hospital. He spent 1 week in the hospital being treated for several broken bones and significant trauma to his skull and jaw. His road to recovery will be long and full of challenges. He is currently home under constant supervision and is undergoing rehab in order to be able to walk again. Paciano has a family which includes a wife and 3 children, the youngest one being 2yrs old. He was the main provider for his family and will not be able to return to work for some time.


I am fundraising to assist Paciano and his family with the hefty medical expenses associated with his injuries and the lost wages during his road to recovery. Our neighborhood has always been so united, supportive and loving and I am confident we will be able to show Paciano that this isolated, hateful act of violence is something we all stand united against. I hope to shower him with our support and kindness during this difficult time for him and his family.
