Help Owen Recieve Optic Nerve Therapy

Owen is a 6 year old fun loving,energetic boy who has been diagnosed as legally blind as well as hemi cerebral palsy, adhd and epilepsy.
Owen's blindness comes from thin pale optic nerves so the connection for vision from his eyes to his brain is affected.
Owen has seen a specialist in Windsor Ontario who has suggested optic nerve therapy to strengthen the optic nerves and hopefully improve his vision.
This would entail a week staying in Windsor with him having a 3 hour long therapy session every day.
The cost of the therapy alone is 1900 dollars so If possible I'd like to raise enough money to provide him with 2 weeks to give him the best shot at improving his vision. Along with cost of gas and if needed hotel stays for a few of the days.
Any help is appreciated and will hopefully give owen a better life.
