The Giving Back to Tge Gambia Charity  Foundation Gambia visited Ms. Samusa  in it's struggles to search within the Gambian communities the most deserving families that are worthy of support by the foundation charitable   funds donated by donors  , in order for  the needy families to become  self sufficient in the short term or long term..
To their surprise   they found out that Ms. Samusa  is blessed with a young boy  who cannot pass bowels  ,meaning cannot defecate  ,in other words cannot discharge feces  or pass a stool  from the  body . Please note that not even small piece come out from him  ,he only pass gas when he want to defecate  His stomach gets swollen according to his mother when he want to defecate.
Ousman's mother said that the black  *spots*  on his skin is as a result of  the heat of the stool  in his stomach.

Ousman's mother  further  told the volunteers of SJC  Foundation that If one  touch Ousman  stomach right now will  feel the stools  struggling to come out but there’s no way.
Medical report of Ousman Bah shows that he was diagnosed with   *Hirschsprung's*  disease three months after birth . Evidence of his diagnosis  is shown in his medical report by *Royal Victory  Teaching Hospital* in May 2011.
The child developed abdominal pain, abdominal distension and constipation which started *three*  (3) months after birth.
Her mother aslo stated that Ousman  didn't pass meconium  ( dark green substance forming the first feces of a new born infant )for two weeks after birth.
About three months after birth the child developed constipation that lasted for 3-4 days ,intermittent and  gradual abdominal distention which was associated with mild abdominal pain.
Child was reviewed, investigated and subsequently and Subsequently diagnosed with Hirschsprung's disease at EFSTH.
Medical report shows that a rectal biopsy was done for the patient result of it could not be found .
Child was put on lactulose ,analgesics and antibiotics and had several episodes of sapounis enema.
However, after all these tests Ousman  is still complaining of abdominal pain ,constipation and intermittent abdominal distension.
According to Ousman's mother the Doctor recommended over seas treatment since Gambia's hospitals cannot cure Ousman.

The mother will appreciate it if we join hands together to raise funds to cure Ousman.. Please donate...
