Help our Momma dog Lucy

Lucy gave birth to 6 healthy puppies after she was rescued from the streets.  We knew that she was limping, but we could not x-ray because she was nursing her puppies. Now that she has weaned them, we discovered Lucy's shoulder was worse than we feared.  From an old trauma, Lucy's shoulder will dislocate causing extreme pain and lameness. She may have been hit by a car or suffered at the hands of a human.   We now need to stabilize her shoulder with surgery.  Funds are needed to move forward with her surgery and to relieve her of pain.  

Lucy has been a wonderful mother to her puppies who have turned out to be happy, healthy and well socialized.  Lucy is also happy and well socialized, just not free to run and play like she wants.  Now it is her turn to be taken care of.
