Our precious longcoat German Sheperd JAX is only 1 year old. It’s impossible not to love magnificent JAX, he is caring and affectionate and comforts you when you are down. Despite his size he loves sitting on your lap! JAX has been a cherished addition to our family, especially after we lost Nox, a 9 month-old pup to heart failure last year.
We had hoped to have more luck with JAX but are now fearing for our dogs’ life
JAX was born without hip sockets, an extreme form of hip dysplasia. The future looks very grim for JAX, he will be in extreme pain every day, with difficulty moving and his hind leggs will become limp and weak. Only an expensive operation, fully replacing his hips joints on both legs would give him the life he deserves, to run again and play and rough-and-tumble with other dogs.
