Please help our family

I'm writing this in hopes that you may be able to help us. Here is our story and why we are asking for help. September 2015 we found out we where having twins which was an unexpected but happy surprise. Alexis had just accepted a Mgt. position with the North Kansas City School District food and nutrition department. Has time went on an my belly grew it was hard to continue working 7 hrs a day on my feet so we made the decision in January that I would start my maternity leave. Everything with the pregnancy was going well even being high risk. March 10th 2016 I recieved a phone call that I was I needed to return back to work by March 20th. I was still pregnant at the time and told HR lets see what happens in the next 10 days the babies may come before then. On March 20th I got another phone call that I needed to return to work the following week. Well that wasn't going to happen because I was still pregnant and could barley move around let alone stand for 7 hrs. I was told that I did not quilfy for short term disiablity and that I needed to resign with the option of being rehired after the twins arrived. With heaviness in my heart I resigned my position with NKCSD. I lost my job just 11 days before the twins arrived. I also lost my insurance but thankfully quilfied for Medicade for pregnant women. We were doing ok bills where able to be paid with Duane's checks, but in April 2016 he found out his company was getting rid of his job. Just didn't know when it would be happining so he applied for diffrent positions with in the company. July 2016 is when he went from working 2nd shift with shift differetial and overtime to working days with no over time and maybe 40 hrs a week. Things where of for a while the checks got smaller. So we cashed out my retirement and his 401k and have no more savings also asked for help from family. The twins where diagnosed with Torticollis and Plagiocephaly. Tommy was also diagonosed with Tracheomalacia. Both boys now go to phycial therpy for the torticollis and have both been fitted with helmets to reshappen their heads. Which means we have 2+ dr appts a week. Braxton was diagnosed as ADHD in September. With the help of his dr and theripist we found Medication and continued therapy would be best for him. With that comes more medical bills. With our insurance his medication is 178.00 a month for just 28 pills and his therapy is 60.00 per visit. they would like Braxton to go weekly but that can't happen at the moment.I myself have gone 3 moths with out medication I need because of the cost. We go every 30 days to food pantrys, are recieving WIC for the children and involved in a program called Baby Grace that helps with diapers for the twins. We have gone to the state for help but as a family of 6 we still make over the required amount for food stamps. We where approved for daycare assistance but I have to start working first and can't make over 600 a month for continued help. I will be going back to NKCSD as an on call sub 2 days a week for now. With all the Dr. appts thats all I'm able to work at the moment. The amont of money we are asking for would go towards Braxton's meds/therapy, back bills, car payment, rent and something for the holidays for all the boys. We are finding it hard to stay positive when things around us are crumbling. It has even taken a toll as us as a couple. The children are starting to feel the stress and that is the last thing we want. We just want our children to thrive and be given that chance. Please if you are able to help that would be amazing. Thank you for your time
