Help Otis with his Life Saving Operation

Hello my name is Alison.

My beautiful 6 year old puppy needs a life saving operation. He has been diagnosed with a collapsed heart valve, and without this operation he would have up to 1 year left to live.

When I was diagnosed with Cancer, he would sit with me, listen and lick the tears from my cheeks. After my operation, he never left my side and was always there. He has done so much for me over this time, I really have to give him a chance to live.

He is young and the operation would give him a long future ahead. The operation would be in Cambridge and will cost £14,000. I do have Pet plan but after the tests that have been completed I only have £4,000 left on the pet insurance.

Please help me make my baby boy better.

UPDATE 1

We took Otis to Dick White Referrals in Cambridge today, after these tests he has been added to the Heart program for an operation in December. We will need to travel to DWR again for tests closer to the operation. I am still fundraising to raise the vital funds. Please share if you can. Thank you.
