Help OldMan, VET

OldMan is my baby boy. I’d do anything to save him. I noticed around a week ago a small scab under his chin and then it started to slowly spread and get worse and worse. I’m not sure what exactly is happening to him because I was looking at it the other day and I could swear I saw a worm poking out of his skin. It’s spreading down his chin and getting worse everyday. I would appreciate it, more than I could ever EVER express, if you all could help me out with saving my baby OldMan
