Help Norm Burned Out and Living in his Kennel

We are friends of Norms, we buy our milk, eggs and lamb meat from Norm. He raises animals, turkeys, chickens, sheep a few dairy cows, horses and dogs. His wife was his partner and struggled for years with pain, she passed away about 8 months ago.
By himself, he kept their entire farm going, working from 5 AM to sundown every day. He is a God fearing man who read from his old bible every day. He kept extra food and other goods in case there were people in need. He lives in a very impoverished area.
Do to the 1000 storm in Texas, his electrical service was overloaded and a small fire started. He called the fire department because he had no ability to deal with an electrical fire. He began to remove some of his treasures , 3 of his dogs lived in the house with him. A mastiff, a mastiff puppy and a little dachshund. He found his dogs took them outside but they ran back in, he did this 3 times until the back door blew out. Nothing he could do then, the fire department did not show up until many many hours later.
His wife loved dogs and was raising several breeds when she passed. Norm kept the kennel and it was full of her dogs. Norm is now sleeping in the middle isle of his kennel. He has 30 chickens, 8 turkeys, 3 cows, 32 sheep, a horse and the kennel dogs (including 5 mastiffs) all must be fed.
He lost everything, he has only the clothes on his back. No insurance for those of you that have asked, years of medical expenses for his wife left nothing for insurance.
Please help this good man begin to rebuild his life.
