Please help me see again

My name is Nini, recently I was diagnosed with diabetes and due to my illness I have lost my sight.
Before I got sick I was a happy and playful dog. I loved eating and sleeping in mummy’s bed.
My mummmy is so sad she cries for me every time I walk in to a wall. My mummy loves me so much but she is finding it hard to pay for my vet bills. She is scared and doesn’t want to loose me. Please help ....
