Support Nicolas on his road to recovery

On the 10 April 2024 my beloved brother in law, Nicolas endured a life threatening stroke with a hemorrhagic impact to his brain which has left him in an induce coma fighting for his life after surgery.

Nicolas is a family man with 5 children and his youngest being my nephew, one year old Hugo.

My sister Emily is now facing a burden of financial pressure while Nicolas fights for his life and we ask for your help to donate what you can so Emily can have the support to stay focused on the most important being her loved ones, Nicolas and their youngest child Hugo.

We know Nicolas has gained severe damage to his brain and unfortunately his recovery at this stage is unknown.

However we do know that the journey ahead after he wakes from his coma, will be a long process and one of endurance and strength and one that has a life changing effect.

Emily is looking for a new home as their property is not suited to Nicolas needs so your donation, no matter how small will help immensely

The funding obtained will go toward paying hospital bills, rent and relieving the day to day financial pressures so Emily can concentrate on the most important, being by Nicolas through his recovery and their children.

We are hopeful that Nicolas will wake from his coma and once he does and his road to recovery is known, they will be using the funds to secure a rental property and adapting the new rental property with the equipment to suit Nicolas’ needs.

Le 10 avril 2024, mon beau-frère bien-aimé, Nicolas a subi un accident vasculaire cérébral mettant sa vie en danger avec un impact hémorragique au cerveau puis placé dans un coma après son opération.

Nicolas est un père de famille avec 5 enfants et son plus jeune étant mon neveu Hugo, 15 mois. Il est le principal gagne pain. Il était si heureux de commencer un travail à temps plein à la fin du mois.

Nous savons que Nicolas a subi des lésions cérébrales et malheureusement son rétablissement à ce stade n’est pas prononcé.

Cependant, nous savons que le voyage qui l'attend après sa sortie du coma sera un long processus avec de nombreux défis et obstacles et changera à jamais sa vie, et ne sera pas seulement limiter aux fardeaux médicaux, mentaux, physiques et financiers.

Emilie est à la recherche d'un nouveau logement car le leur n'est pas adapté pour s'occuper de Nicolas.

Le financement obtenu servira à payer les frais médicaux et de réadaptation de Nicolas, ainsi que les frais de subsistance quotidiens. Les fonds seront également utilisés pour le déménagement de la famille dans une maison sans escalier, ainsi que pour adapter le nouveau bien locatif aux besoins de Nicolas afin qu'Emilie puisse se concentrer sur le rétablissement de Nicolas et aux besoins de la famille.
