Help Nick's strenuous fight against Covid and IPF

Our loving grandpa Nick Gonzales is in need of our help!
Nick was diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis or IPF in July of this year. He was given 3-5 years to live. Keeping up with his hobbies of golf, visiting the canyon, and doing his yard work he wasn't going to let the diagnosis get him down.
Unfortunately, in September of this year, both Nick and Susan were diagnosed Covid. Nick was sent to the ICU and received hospital treatment. Although he recovered from Covid and was sent home, the virus affected his liver and already fragile lungs and he was sent back. After that hospital stay he was sent to recover in a rehabilitation center. All the while Susan was unable to be with her husband to comfort and help him.
He has been released and is coming home. At this point, we are unsure of if or when he will be able to recover to a mostly normal state. A room is being converted into a bedroom on the main floor of their home and a bed is being rented for him to sleep on. He is bringing home with him an insurmountable amount of medical bills. Two hospital stays (one including a ride in an ambulance), a stay in a rehabilitation center, and home health care is costing them an unimaginable amount.
With Christmas coming up, all of this is too much for anyone to bear. We are asking for your help in paying off some of these bills. Even a small donation can make a huge impact. The bills will never go away, but being able to pay something off before Christmas would be a relief for them.
We love our Grandpa, Father, Husband, and Friend and just want him to be better and happy. He means the world to us.
