Nelly the Ellybot started life as a featherweight robot which competed at Insomnia KOB and gained a large following on the fighting robots fan group Robot Wars Shuntposting. Team Pun-Chant are raising funds to help Nelly compete in a combat robotics competition in the USA and we need some help from Shuntposting to get her there! Being a new team, sponsorship is hard to come by, and the competition does not provide a build stipend. We are therefore reaching out to fans to help Nelly get to the USA and give the competition a good Bonking!

All money donated will be used in the build of the robot and associated expenses of the build. No team member shall profit from this effort. 

Team Pun-Chant will be filming a documentary covering the build process and our time at the competition. All donors will be named and thanked in this documentary unless expressed otherwise. Additionally we will be offering some prizes to randomly selected donors: A 1:8 scale 3D printed model of Nelly the Ellybot will be awarded to one winner, and 3 additional winners will receive a team shirt signed by the whole team.
