Help needed with electric bill.

 I am a 60 year old disabled woman living by myself on Social Security. I have 2 support cats who are my everything.

 The last 8 or 9 months have been a series of emergencies that have come up. Mostly with cat health, some with a death in the family, and some with needed medication that is no longer covered by my insurance.

 On a severely limited budget around $800 a month something has to give.

 I have a budget set now if I can get the help to get power back on, clean up the last of the vet bills and maybe replace a tiny bit of the food I had to throw out. My fridge and freezer were full because I had just finished my monthly shopping.
