Help needed for Tammy Rogers

Hi, my name is Diane and I have been friends with Tammy since we were 7 years old. On January 23, Tammy had a major stroke that will forever change her life. Her body is paralyzed on the left side and her speech is severely impaired. She does not have any medical insurance and will need 24-hour care.
