Help needed for Sher Family

Mark Sher, his wife Larisa, and their son Igor immigrated to United States in 1994 from Ukraine.  Mark's father lived in Saint Louis, Missouri, so the family settled there.  Mark worked hard at several factories, trying to provide for his family. Larisa worked as well and raised their son Igor.  Just like most of the immigrants, they thrived for a better life for their family and worked very hard to make it happen.  Mark's father passed away in 2000 from a long  battle with cancer, and the only family left was Mark's elderly mother.  Mark and Larisa dreamed of owning their own business, and eventually opened a Beauty Supply store, where they both worked together. Things were going well until a month ago, when suddenly Mark, who is only 56  years old became ill.  A visit to emergency room brought the most devastating news ever, Mark was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer of esophagus.  He was not able to eat and doctors inserted a feeding tube to help him.   He was hospitalized and began radiation  treatment  immediately.  Unfortunately, the family does not have health insurance, and when applied for state healthcare they were denied.  Larisa had to close their business, in order to take care of her husband, and their son had to move back in, in order to help with taking care of his dad.  This past Monday, Larisa was driving home on Olive Blvd, and was involved in a terrible accident.  A police car rushing to an accident close by ran into Larisa's car full force.  Larisa was hit on the passenger side of the car, she was ejected and broke her skull in three different places.  She was unconscious and was rushed to the Emergency room, where it was determined she had internal bleeding and swelling of the brain. The bleeding continued, and she had an emergency surgery.  She is currently in ICU in induced coma and her long term prognosis is unknown. This family was devastated by series of unfortunate events and in dire need  of financial support to pay for medical bills and living expenses.  Any amount would help, so please consider donating.
