Help Needed For A House Fire

Yesterday Jeremiah Fries lost his house to a fire.  I'm looking to see if anyone has items they would be willing to donate to help him recover from the fire.  Sadly his house burned to the ground with his animals inside.  He was not insured.  Jeremiah wears a size large shirt, 36/36 pants and a size 10 shoe for clothing donations.  His job requires him to be outside a lot, spending a significant amount of time under diesel engines.  This means outdoor clothing and winter items would be greatly appreciated.  Shane Shepard, Jeremiah's brother in-law, was the first on the scene.  Shane called the fire department immediately, but the house is not located in a fire service area so both men stood helpless as they watched the house burn to the ground.  It was a total loss.  At this time we are also looking for things like furniture, a television and dvd player so he has something to keep his mind off of the disaster, bedding for a queen bed that has already been donated, and any kitchen items including dishes and pots and pans.  Many people have asked me how they can donate cash to help replace things like underwear, socks, toiletries and food, which is why I'm setting up this account.  I can't imagine losing everything I own, especially during the winter months in Alaska.  I know that Jeremiah has been humbled by the support he has already received, but he's a long way from being able to replace even a portion of what he lost.  Everything donated will be put towards helping Jeremiah rebuild his life that he so horribly had to watch burn before his eyes.  If you have any questions or have donations to pass on to Jeremiah, please feel free to contact me (Lisa) through the contact button on this page and I will make sure that those donated items reach him.  Thank you to everyone who takes the time to donate to this fund or seek myself or Jeremiah out to pick up donated items.  We can't even being to tell you how much your support means during this difficult time!
