Help Natalia Victorova's family

On 21 August we lost our colleague, Natalia Victorova at 43, due to an unexpected health issue and COVID-19.
Natalia has been working at BSI for 12 years and, as Chief Accountant and Finance Manager she was a strong member of the Russian part of the worldwide BSI family, and a dedicated professional who was always willing to help others.
She went out of her way to support the business, never complaining and always looking for a solution. For her colleagues, no request was left unanswered and her dedication and commitment to meant that she was a great support both to the business and her co-workers.
Being only 43, Natalia leaves behind her 11-year old daughter Anna. Natalia was able to dedicate her time and energy to BSI thanks to her mother, Anna’s grandmother Lidiia, who will now take care of her granddaughter on her own, after Natalia’s passing. The three of them were very close, which makes Natalia’s unexpected and untimely passing even more heartbreaking. The loving family she created, now has to find a way to deal with their grief and loss.
Anna and Lidiia were Natalia’s main driver to work relentlessly. She wanted to make sure that the family would have a good and decent income. And, as her mother has retired, hers was the sole income of the family, so she worked hard. But with her passing, Natalia’s family is now in desperate need of financial support. Whilst BSI is providing support with this, many of you have also said that you’d like to donate to her family; not only for the primary needs of life such as housing and food, but also to help Anna have a good education. That is all that Natalia would have wanted for her little girl. To have no worries and to be able to build up a proper life. As Natalia’s employer, BSI has reached out to her family, to help where we can.
We don’t often get a chance to show what it means to be part of the global BSI family. We’ve been moved by how many of you have asked to make a donation and want to continue Natalia’s dream: providing a future for her daughter. And we, as Natalia’s worldwide BSI family, can share our family values.
