Flood then Fire - Help Kathy (my sister) Rebuild

First, my sister's house floods. She and family and friends spend 12 days cleaning out mud and ripping down water damaged walls.
Then due to flood damaged wiring a dehumidifier catches fire and burns the house!
At the time she and her 16 year old daughter were down the road in their favorite Opshop on their first day off in 12 days, otherwise they could have averted danger. As it was though the flames quickly destroyed the front two rooms and caused extensive smoke damage throughout the rest of the house. She not only lost the furniture but all the clothes and much of her personal items such as photographs and letters.
She raised 4 children in that house. Lots of memories destroyed.
The house was uninsured. The insurance company had informed her at the end of 2021 that they would be cancelling at end of policy due to flood risk. Unfortunately she didn't act quickly enough and then disaster struck.
I want to help raise money for my sister for the removal of the burnt asbestos. The front four rooms (the original old section) are lined with the horrible stuff. The cost of removal will be more than $50,000. If I could raise even half that amount for her I would be so happy.
Dear friends and acquaintances around the world, please help me in this campaign. If you knew her, you would love her. She is the most humble and honest person I know. This campaign is totally my idea. She would never ask for money.
