Help my piggie get the operation he needs

I’ve had a hell of a week, i realised my piggie wasnt acting the usual destructive, nosey self... after taking him to blacks vets they just thought he was constipated so gave me some tabs and some critical care, and then he completely stopped eating and pooing, so had to have him referred to manor vets, i’ve spent over £700 already to just get to this point of finding out My little piggie spike unfortunately has an abnormally high count of white blood cells inside and 3 abnormal lumps in his body, he has an internal infection and it has caused abscesses internally, they wanted to operate to see if they could help him but wasn’t going to be 100% success and going to be another £600+ i only work 12 hours and my mum is a carer for my dad so we don’t have any money like that, so i was so sad when i had to tell them i couldn’t afford the operation, i was ready to say goodbye on friday after work, but he’s still here and fighting, the vet told me there was no reason to have him put down yet because he’s still quite bright and reactive and when he was kept in the vets for observation for the day he was eating and active even after his anaesthetic it is worth a try with the medication. But probably would desperately need the operation in the end if he starts to deteriorate. 

he’s now on 8 lots of medications he has to have twice a day, he has his up and down times, some hours he’ll be alot more alert and some hours it’ll literally look like he’s dead, i’m giving him as many cuddles and all the love i can give him as I don’t know whether the medication is going to heal him fully and i also don’t know how aggressive the infection is, i’ve been helping him do everyday things, he is currently sleeping so much that he’s even having trouble walking properly now, i’m honestly so so worried about where i can go from now, as i dont know whether the meds are going to heal his infection.. but even if they do theres no removing the abscesses from his body without the op 

I have to take him back to the vets for a check up the end of this week which is going to be another £200 that i’m trying to save up currently, but until then i’m not sure what the vet will want to do now, whether he wants to keep him on meds to see if he improves any more or whether he might be in too much pain to keep on fighting he’s only just over 2 years old and honestly i am so worried about him, watching him almost 24/7 atm, checking him twice every night and im just so worried about the next steps to help him. 

i know it’s alot to ask from people to donate moneybut i do love him to pieces and i really want him to get better, i have studied animals for 4 years and every animal i care for deserves the most help and all the love and care in the world i can give them. And I won’t give up without a fight for his health, i’m doing everything i can but i wished i could do more. Thank you so much if you do donate.
