Please help my Mum- Flood Relief

Last night my Mum's place was inundated with flood and sewage contaminated
water, during the devastating floods that occurred in Wauchope and surrounds.

She left her home at 4pm yesterday afternoon with no water in sight, and later
upon hearing news of the water rising around her area, she returned to check on her place and retrieve some items. Only to find it was far too late. The water had
flowed through everything so quickly, it had already come inside and was up to
her bed.

Unfortunately these floods are predicted to continue over the next few days, with water overnight already rising above the last record flood of 1968. This is only
expected to get higher tonight with the predicted rainfall.


My Mum is a kind person, who has always worked hard for everything she owns in life; whilst still giving back to her local community in which she was born and
raised.

She is an artist, that has not only lost many sentimental pieces and equipment
that she worked hard to collect; but has also lost her household possessions
and necessities.


Please help me support my Mum out of this tough and devastating time, to once
again have a clean and safe home to live in.
