Help my hoomans fix my breathing

Hi, my name is Carly. I'm one year old. My old hoomans decided that they couldn't handle a special girl like me. Rather than letting me go to a dog shelter, my new hoomans adopted me, but they need some help.
See, being a pug, I'm brachycephalic, but I also have stenotic nares and an audible extended soft palate. This means that I have breathing problems, particularly when I get excited and worked up. I'm still a puppy, so I'm always excited. The vet says that it is best to fix this as soon as possible, while I am still young. My surgery is going to cost a lot of money.
Please help my hoomans fix my breathing?
